Shipping policy

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
If your country isnโ€™t listed at checkout, we do not ship there at this time.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 12 hours of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase.

After 30 minutes, orders automatically enter our fulfillment queue andย cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

All regions: 6โ€“10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimated delivery windows and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or public holidays.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and total order value.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly stated on the website.

6. International Duties & Taxes

Some countries may apply import taxes, customs duties, or other fees once your order arrives.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the buyerโ€™s responsibility.
Amoria is not liable for delays or fees resulting from customs clearance.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@thelumori.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Weโ€™ll review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer free exchanges.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with exchanging an item, including return shipping and reshipment fees.

Exchanges are only accepted for unused, unworn items and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Size issues, preference changes, or buyerโ€™s remorse do not qualify for free replacements.

Defective or incorrect items will be reviewed under the Damaged or Incorrect Orders policy.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows โ€œDeliveredโ€ but you havenโ€™t received your package:

  • Double-check your address and local delivery point

  • Ask neighbors or your local post depot

  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

We cannot refund orders marked as delivered unless a successful claim is made.
Claims must be initiated within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

10. Return-to-Sender Packages

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
