Refund policy

1. How to Request a Return

Simply email us at care@thelumori.com with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • SKU / Item Name (color)

  • Reason for Return

Our team will assist you in processing your return.

2. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Any signs of wear, stains, damage, or odor will prevent us from accepting the return.
For hygiene reasons, accessories and undergarments are non-returnable.

All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.

3. Return Window

We accept returns within 45 days from the delivery date.
Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

As our fulfillment center is located overseas, all returns must be sent to our international warehouse with tracking provided.
We do not offer return labels at this time.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

By placing an order, you agree that return shipping costs are your responsibility if you choose to send items back.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.

In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs or offer a free replacement.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued for the product cost only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, or purchased during a promotion or discount, are non-returnable.

These items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
